Fahrzeugrestaurierung Rosenow

The firm was founded by Peter Rosenow ex-world champion in motoracing. His experience as head research engineer for prototypes and testing of car bodies was an invaluable contribution in establishing this firm.

Originally regeneration of crankshafts for cars, motorbikes and boot motors (Trabant, Wartburg, AWO, Volvo) as well as the occasional restoration of automobiles were the main areas of business.

From 1990 it was decided to concentrate activities fully on the restoration of historical cars and the personnel were increased to include the qualified and creative employees required. The firm has become well known with this profile and through the top quality of delivered cars from experts and collectors in automotive circles.

Examples of cars restored by us for reference are:

All cars are sufficiently tested and are delivered with road authorisation paperwork. Customers include among others well known personalities, the Carl Benz Museum in Ladeburg and the Audi production plant in Ingolstadt.For the AUDI AG we restore the Horch 375 Pullmann, the favourite of the exibition, the 12 cylinder sports cabriolet and AUDI Imperator. Actually in work we restore an AUDI M and AUDI Front.

I have been engaged with this firm since 1988 and took over the business in 1997 from Mr. Rosenow who still remains involved and provides friendly advice. The firm employs the most modern technology and is capable of producing even the most complicated parts in perfect precision and carries out complete restoration, chasis overhaul, repair of gears and motor regeneration including the complete electrics. Cartwright and metal work takes place on-site, although we specialise in rebuilding and reproduction from complicated fenders and mudguards or the complete bodywork.

Competent firms working in cooperation with us are responsible for spraying, coating or upholstery work. The team on-site consists of trained specialists in motor vehicles and bodywork as well as tool and benchmakers. I can guarantee that all work performed is of the highest quality and originality provided at a reasonable price.
